Time Management & Determining Priorities​

 

This training explores high-level frameworks such as Eisenhower’s Matrix, deep work principles, and cognitive load management. Participants will analyze complex case studies, participate in group discussions, and small group activities.

​

Training objectives:

  • Learn your productivity style

  • Learn to delegate tasks effectively

  • Develop strategies to effectively manage interruptions while maintaining focus on key objectives

  • Develop and learn to use strategic prioritization frameworks to optimize time

A condensed half-day training option is available upon request.

Program Component

Introduction, online assessment, and Individual Skill Development Plan (ISDP). Participants revisit and update their ISDPs based on performance assessments, feedback from coaches, and self-evaluation after each skill module.

4 weekly on-site group training sessions, each lasting 1 hour.

Each training is designed to build toward this point, as we prioritize helping participants put newly learned skills into practice. Participants are encouraged to share their ISDP with their supervisor or HR manager for performance evaluations and additional professional development.

Impact Report

 

Upon completion of the training, data from surveys and interviews are collected to measure participant learning, behavior change, and implementation of the skills learned.  An impact report is presented to the supervisor and HR manager within a month after the training.
