Conflict Resolution​
Participants will learn conflict resolution and de-escalation strategies to identify conflict, manage tensions, and lead individuals through conflict.

Program Component
Introduction, online assessment, and Individual Skill Development Plan (ISDP). Participants revisit and update their ISDPs based on performance assessments, feedback from coaches, and self-evaluation after each skill module.

Virtual Coaching

Individual Pre-Assessment
At the end of the training participants will be able to:

Think critically and make informed decisions to solve complex problems

Demonstrate sensitivity to power dynamics and bias during conflict

Use wisdom and empathy to determine how, when, and where to best resolve conflicts

Promote a culture of resolution and reconciliation to enhance the workplace environment

Value Added​
Each training is designed to build toward this point, as we prioritize helping participants put newly learned skills into practice. Participants are encouraged to share their ISDP with their supervisor or HR manager for performance evaluations and additional professional development.

Impact Report
Upon completion of the training, data from surveys and interviews are collected to measure participant learning, behavior change, and implementation of the skills learned. An impact report is presented to the supervisor and HR manager within a month after the training.
