Michelle Goldshlag is the co-founder and Executive Director of Cultured Kids, a ten-year-old nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating identity, empathy, and belonging through innovative, multidisciplinary educational programs. Through her work, she partners with schools, educators, and global organizations to help children and communities bridge cultural differences and build meaningful connections.
Cultured Kids has been consulting with the education department at Museum of The Bible for more than five years.
This year, Michelle joined the museum's staff full-time and is excited to increase her impact there while maintaining her work with Cultured Kids.

With academic training in art and Spanish, Michelle brings a unique blend of creativity and cultural insight to her work. She specializes in designing experiences that use storytelling, visual art, and literature to help individuals better understand themselves and others—believing that curiosity is the most powerful catalyst for unity and transformation.

Beyond her professional work, Michelle’s greatest calling is her role as a wife and mother. Creating safe spaces for authentic belonging starts here. Her faith is most deeply lived out in her home, nurturing Christ-centered hearts for the next generation of world leaders: her children. As a speaker, Michelle’s messages flow from both lived experience and spiritual conviction, encouraging women to embrace their God-given gifts while cultivating belonging in their families, communities, and spheres of influence.

Michelle invites women into meaningful reflection and growth—exploring themes of creativity, curiosity, and purpose through a Christ-centered lens. Her work reminds audiences that when we understand who we are and whose we are, we are empowered to build bridges, strengthen relationships, and live with intention and impact.
