Mary Davis Holt
Mary Davis Holt is Principal of Mary Davis Holt Enterprises, an executive coach, consultant, and keynote speaker on women’s leadership and business success. A former Partner at Flynn Heath Holt Leadership and Senior Executive Vice President and COO of Time Life, Inc., Mary brings decades of corporate and consulting experience helping women rise to leadership. She has coached and developed leaders across Fortune 500 companies and co-authored two bestselling books, Break Your Own Rules and The Influence Effect. Mary serves as a trustee of American Funds and holds an MBA from New York University. She is based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Dr. Nicole Davis
Nicole L. Davis, Ph.D., is passionate about family, women, and leadership development. She is a wife of over three decades and the mother of two adult sons. A Navy veteran, Dr. Davis is also a certified mediator, Christian coach, harassment prevention expert, professor, and author. Most recently, she founded and now serves as President of the Maryland Christian Chamber of Commerce, where she is leading efforts to advance business, faith, and family by uniting leaders and business owners globally to promote success in life and business—God’s way. In addition, Dr. Davis is the co-founder of Empower to Engage, a mediation, coaching, and consulting firm based in Owings Mills, Maryland.

Sandra Hofmeister
Sandra Hofmeister is the President and Owner of A&S Construction, LLC, a certified Woman-Owned and Minority-Owned Business based in Frederick, Maryland. An accountant turned construction entrepreneur, she broke into the male-dominated industry after moving to Frederick in 2010, eventually overseeing operations for a $10M company before launching her own. Today, Sandra serves on the Board of Directors for the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, the Affordable Housing Council, and multiple diversity and equity panels. She has received the 2022 and 2023 Tradesperson of the Year Awards, the SHERO Award for Service and Resilience, and recognition as one of Frederick County’s Top 50 EmPowered Leaders.

We’ve partnered with Faith House at the Frederick Rescue Mission, which offers two employment-focused programs that help women and women with children heal from trauma while gaining skills to secure employment, set housing goals, and create resilient futures.
10% of all ticket revenue from Flourish supports this mission, helping women in the workforce thrive and contribute to economic growth in the Frederick community.​
