Finally, a leadership gathering that understands women want real connection and depth, not just another professional mixer.

Where Leadership Meets Authentic Community

Too often, networking events feel transactional, a checklist of handshakes and business cards, leaving you wanting something deeper. Maybe you’ve been craving genuine connection with other women who share your values and faith, a place where your story and experiences truly belong.

At Flourish, you’ll find a space for real conversations about real-life work, where you can share openly, gain fresh insight, and feel encouraged in both your professional and personal life. Here, you won’t feel isolated or unseen. You’ll be surrounded by women who understand your walk, celebrate your purpose, and remind you that you were never meant to do this alone.

Flourish is brought to you by three women-led organizations: Cornerstone for Women Leaders, Young Consulting Services, and Apply It Consulting, LLC. Together, we have created a space where leadership, faith, and community intersect.

What makes Flourish special:
Engage with a supportive community of women leaders across industries to share experiences and encouragement.
Learn strategies and leadership skills you can immediately apply in your professional and personal life.
Explore how your faith informs courageous, confident, and effective leadership in the workplace.
Networking and community-building among peers, while enjoying light refreshments and signature drinks.
