Workplace Sponsorship

Many employers choose to directly invest in their employees’ professional development by covering the cost of leadership training, and thanks to the Western Maryland Consortium’s Incumbent Worker Training Program, they can be reimbursed for doing so. This program is designed specifically for employers who are training their existing workforce to enhance skill levels or prevent potential layoffs. Employers in Western Maryland can receive a 50% reimbursement when they fund employee participation in on-campus training through the Incumbent Worker Training Program. This partnership helps organizations build stronger teams while reducing overall training costs.
