​Experience
Christine Limparis’ career as an accomplished CPA encompassed experience in accounting, auditing, and consulting. As the co-founder of Hildebrand, Limparis & Associates, CPAs, PC, she served as the Accounting & Auditing Partner for over 20 years, providing expert financial services to owner-managed businesses, government contractors, and nonprofit organizations. Her work defined a commitment to excellence, ensuring compliance and offering strategic insights that helped clients achieve their financial goals.
Now retired from public practice, Christine is the managing director of Richardson Development, Inc., an investor in commercial real estate ventures and co-general manager of Montgomery County Airpark.

Education
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mount St. Mary’s University. Her other educational achievements include Certified Public Accountant (AICPA), Certified Business Valuation Analyst (NACVA) and Certification in Strategic Performance Management (Mentor Plus ®).

Christine’s career reflects her dedication to supporting organizations and individuals through sound financial practices. Her focus on nonprofits and small businesses underscores her passion for helping mission-driven organizations thrive. Christine has served on numerous not-for-profit boards over the years in various capacities, including Fort Detrick Alliance and Frederick Toastmasters. She has also volunteered her time to many organizations, including Women to Women Mentoring and the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek. Christine is a member of the Women’s Giving Circle and alumna of Leadership Frederick County.
