Community-based Training Model

As a Christian organization, we recognize the importance of reaching individuals within and beyond the faith community. The foundation of our training rests on Biblical principles, prioritizing servant leadership and the growth, well-being, and empowerment of others.

Integrating these values into our training model allows us to offer a distinctive approach that not only enhances skills, but also fosters moral and ethical development.

We collaborate with local nonprofits and businesses to provide leadership training to individuals they serve. Our community-based training is developed using an evidence-based model proven by over forty years of research and practice, and has been used in educational settings worldwide. Framing our approach around these learning modalities ensures each participant is able to acquire and retain knowledge successfully.
