Nicole L. Davis, Ph.D., is passionate about family, women, and leadership development. She is a wife of over three decades and the mother of two adult sons. A Navy veteran, Dr. Davis is also a certified mediator, Christian coach, harassment prevention expert, professor, and author. Most recently, she founded and now serves as President of the Maryland Christian Chamber of Commerce, where she is leading efforts to advance business, faith, and family by uniting leaders and business owners globally to promote success in life and business—God’s way. In addition, Dr. Davis is the co-founder of Empower to Engage, a mediation, coaching, and consulting firm based in Owings Mills, Maryland.
